This is a video created by students for students. An FCU teacher was inquiring into how she might create a blog for each of her students. This video highlights how one teacher has done just this with her students.

    Blogging in the classrooms can substitute journal writing. I liked the fact it was mentioned int he video blogging is “authentic”. That is exactly what ESOL students need. Authentic and meaningful experiences. If other respond to them they will learn from their peers. Good tool. Exchanging ideas learning to write as they go in communicating in a authentic venue, instead of a journal.
